What is a Mission Trips Uganda Summer Internship?

Mission Trips Uganda is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who can give 4-8 weeks of their summer. Interns are a vital part of making each short-term mission trip a success. Daily tasks include coordinating community outreach programs, medical camps, construction projects, leading morning devotionals, facilitating a nightly gathering, and handling day-to-day logistics. They work closely with Mission Trips Uganda Volunteer coordinators and project coordinators and other volunteer staff.

A heart for missions and a love of interacting with youth and adults is a must. Summer internships with Mission Trips Uganda are physically, emotionally, and spiritually demanding, but they are also a once in a lifetime chance to find the corners of the world where Jesus is at work and join Him.

What will a Mission Trips Uganda Summer Intern Do?
  • Assisting volunteer coordinators and Project Coordinator in all daily tasks
  • Engaging with mission staff and participants
  • Participating in on-site ministry opportunities
  • Helping with morning devotionals and evening meetings
How old do I have to be to qualify?

You must be at least 17 years of age to qualify to be a Mission Trips Uganda summer intern.
