Associate Attorney at Kentaro Mugerwa Company Advocates and Solicitors. And She is also the legal advisor and legal secretary for Mission Trips Uganda. Vivian has a B.A in Law from Makerere University and Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from law development Centre, Kampala. She also has an MBA in finance from Uganda Management Institute. She has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex business disputes in the High Court of Uganda.
Additionally, Vivian has been involved in several pro-bono activities organized by the Uganda Law Society, providing free legal aid to majorly the indigent Ugandan population. And she has enthusiastically contributed to policy formulation, policy review, drafting of legal opinions, conducting legal research and analysis and conducting alternative dispute resolution with respect to marginalized groups.
This has immensely contributed towards the growth of her legal career and enhanced her passion for human rights advocacy for the vulnerable people in society comprising children, women, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), among others. She is a certified member of Uganda Law Society (ULS), East Africa Law Society (EALS), and Uganda Swimming Federation (USF)
